Mona Kayhan

Mona Kayhan is a music industry executive, creative producer, and founder of The Bridge Studio in Brooklyn. With a background in artist management, live event production, and strategic operations, she bridges the worlds of sound, storytelling, and community. Mona is the Vice President of Operations at FINSIGHT, where she leads a global team across New York, London, Miami, and Manila. She also works closely with artists including Grammy-nominated vocalist Falu and Logan Richardson Studios, and has partnered with leading publicists, engineers, and cultural institutions to amplify boundary-pushing music. 

Through The Bridge Studio, Mona has developed initiatives such as Live from The Bridge, an intimate high-fidelity concert series. Her work emphasizes the importance of documenting live music with the care and clarity it deserves—capturing moments in time that foster deeper human connection.
