This interactive workshop explores how today’s artists can develop and grow a merchandise strategy across live shows, online channels, and fan communities. Through case studies, discussion, and group exercises, participants will explore what drives fan purchasing, how to design effective products, and how to plan for both in-person and digital sales. Attendees will leave with practical tools and a clearer framework for developing and scaling their merch approach.
