Taylor Hanson is a multi Grammy nominated, artist, songwriter, producer and an entrepreneur, from Tulsa Oklahoma. In his 33 year career he’s sold over sixteen million albums in pop-rock trio HANSON. In 2003 Taylor co-founded independent label 3CG Records. In 2009 Taylor formed the power pop band Tinted Windows with James Iha (Smashing Pumpkins), Bun E Carlos (Cheap Trick) and Adam Schlesinger (Fountains Of Wayne). He has advocated music education with The Recording Academy’s Grammys On The Hill and VH1’s Save The Music. In 2006 he co-founded the Take The Walk Campaign combating extreme poverty and HIV/AIDS in Africa. In 2013 Taylor co-founded Hanson Brothers Beer Company featuring MMMhops Pale Ale, and in 2014 The Hop Jam Beer and Music Festival. In 2014, Taylor founded Food On The Move to end food deserts in Oklahoma, serving millions of pounds of food since 2014. Their Food Home campus includes an Urban Farm & Food Hub which distribute and grow thousands of pounds of produce annually. In 2023 Taylor helped spearhead For Women Life Freedom, to amplify human rights in Iran. Taylor is currently serving as a national Trustee for the Recording Academy. Taylor and his wife Natalie have seven children.
