Tara Duvivier

Tara is a Brooklyn born DJ and Urban Planner with a focus on community empowerment, cultural preservation, and nightlife advocacy. Tara believes nightlife is a vital cultural and community-building tool for cities and advocates for arts and culture to play a larger role in planning for the future of NYC. She has worked with Vibe Lab, an international organization dedicated to nightlife, and contributed to their Global Nightlife Recovery Plan, resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. Tara is also a planner at Pratt Center for Community Development, where she works with communities throughout NYC around issues related to land use and community development. She hosts misc. on The Lot Radio in Brooklyn, and DJS in clubs and other spaces around New York City.
