Broadway Powerhouse Vocalist

Rashidra Scott is a powerhouse Broadway performer whose radiant voice, magnetic presence, and impeccable artistry have made her one of the most respected talents on the musical theatre stage. She is currently the understudy for Nicole Scherzinger in Sunset Boulevard on Broadway, directed by Jamie Lloyd, bringing her signature intensity and vocal brilliance to the iconic role of Norma Desmond. 

A graduate of Berklee College of Music, Scott’s Broadway credits include standout performances in Ain’t Too Proud: The Life and Times of The Temptations, Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, and Sister Act. Her dynamic range and emotional depth have also been showcased in national tours, symphonic concerts, and studio recordings. 

Rashidra’s other Broadway credits are the 2020/2022 revival of Stephen 
Sondheim’s “Company” (Susan), Ain’t Too Proud… (Josephine), Beautiful 
(Janelle- OBC, Grammy Award), Sister Act (Deloris US-OBC), Hair, Finian’s 
Rainbow, and Avenue Q (Gary Coleman). Select regional appearances include 
Anything Goes (Reno Sweeney, PCLO and Goodspeed Opera House), Oliver! 
(Mrs. Sowerberry, City Center Encores), Hercules (Melpomene/Muse, PaperMill 
Playhouse), A Christmas Story (Miss Shields, Goodspeed Opera House), and 
Dreamgirls (Lorrell, Marriott Lincolnshire). Television credits include “East New 
York,” “Helpsters,” “Rescue Me.” 

Whether on the main stage or in intimate settings, Scott brings a rare combination of vocal power, technical finesse, and profound storytelling.
