Kashaun Rutling, better known as PHresher, is a Brooklyn-born force of nature—raised in “BAMAZ”—whose impact spans music, business, and community. Known for his unmatched energy and charisma, PHresher is a rapper, humanitarian, father, A&R rep, artist manager, consultant, and entrepreneur. 

PHresher exploded onto the scene with his debut project “Take It Personal,” followed by the breakout hit “Wait a Minute,” which was remixed by Remy Ma and 50 Cent. He collaborated with Cardi B on “Right Now” and made history as the only hip-hop act on Eminem’s Revival album, later appearing on the “Chloraseptic” Remix with Eminem and 2 Chainz, which went gold. His EP “Brick by Brick” features A Boogie, Fivio Foreign, and Casanova. In 2022, he dropped “Slap,” and starred in his first film, “Honor Among Thieves.” He’s also known for his role on Love & Hip-Hop: New York (Season 10), . Love & Hip-Hop: Family Reunion 2023. 


PHresher is the A&R rep for platinum group 41, manager of rising artist Diany Dior, and a trusted consultant for brands like Geed Up! and Clearly Faded. He is the founder and CEO of: 
Bacon Egg Cheese and Juice – a hit podcast and media platform 
Still Got Da Juice – a creative branding and lifestyle company
He’s also a brand ambassador for Monster Energy, Body by Bella Men, and Love Hate Clothing. 

Before music, PHresher worked as a paraprofessional with the NYC Board of Education, supporting children with special needs. His passion for community remains strong—he frequently visits schools, donates toys, serves meals, and mentors youth nationwide. His motto: “Inspire or Retire”—a call to uplift others or step aside.
