Joel Jordan

I’m a creative problem solver, design leader, and music/media tech innovator with over 25 years in the music industry. I founded Synchtank, a leading SaaS platform for rights owners and broadcasters to manage music/media assets, process royalties, automate cue sheets, and handle global registrations. I also co-founded earthprogram, a strategic music business and artist consulting firm partnered with EMPIRE, Killphonic, Virgin Music Group, and Vydia.

My strengths span creative direction, business development, strategy, product design, metadata, music publishing, and licensing. I'm passionate about building solutions that empower creators, rights holders, and users to connect and thrive. I also serve on the advisory board of Trusted Advisor, an organization of top entertainment, music, and sports industry professionals.
