Jason Jordan

Jason Jordan has over 30 years of experience in the music industry. He began his career at 12, co-founding the hardcore/punk label Watermark Records and boutique publisher earthprogram music. In 1992, he launched the retail music program at Urban Outfitters—still the nation’s #1 vinyl retailer—before becoming Director of A&R at Columbia Records, then VP of A&R at Hollywood Records/Disney Music Group, where he worked with multi-platinum artists for 14 years.
Jason helped launch the SaaS platform SynchTank and later became President of Imagem Music, a leading independent publisher (sold to Concord). He then served as SVP of A&R at Republic Records/UMG and as Managing Director, North America for ONErpm, building their U.S. operations. Most recently, he led A&R and business development at Symphonic Distribution.
Today, Jason runs earthprogram, now a joint venture with EMPIRE, offering music publishing, distribution, studio services, and artist consulting.
