Andrew Rigie

Andrew Rigie is the Founding Executive Director of the New York City Hospitality Alliance and CEO of the Impact Foundation, leading efforts to support restaurants and nightlife venues across New York City. Born into the hospitality business, Andrew worked in his family’s multi-generational bakery and café in Queens, New York, developing firsthand experience in the industry from an early age, and then working in many different capacities within the sector. 
Under his leadership, the New York City Hospitality Alliance has become the leading voice for thousands of restaurants and nightlife businesses, advocating in government and media while serving the industry through services, education, events, and public policy initiatives. Through the Impact Foundation, Rigie expanded the organization’s charitable initiatives focused on emergency food relief, scholarships, workforce development, and hospitality education. 
Beyond his executive leadership, Rigie serves on numerous advisory boards and commissions, including as Chair of New York City’s Office of Nightlife Advisory Board. He is also a respected public speaker, media commentator, and host of the Hospitality & Politics show on NYC Life TV. His contributions to the hospitality industry have earned him recognition including Crain’s New York Business 40 Under 40 and City & State’s NYC Power 100 list.
