Andrew Davis

Andrew Davis is Executive Vice President and Global Chief People Officer at Sony Music Entertainment, where he leads the company’s global people experience function across 60+ countries, supporting approximately 6,500 employees. In his role, he oversees talent strategy, organizational development, compensation and benefits, and culture—championing a focus on belonging, growth, and innovation. With over 25 years of global human resources experience, Andrew has held senior leadership roles at organizations including Lennar Corporation, The Coca-Cola Company, Yum! Brands, Best Buy, and The Home Depot. He currently serves as an independent Board Director and Compensation Committee Chair for Adventist Health and contributes to academic and executive programs through advisory roles at NYU Stern and Duke University. Andrew holds a BS in Organizational Management from Washington Adventist University and an MBA from Emory University.
