In his more than 20 years at RIAA, Glazier has played a vital role in the music industry’s transition to streaming and “anywhere anytime” access to music.

Before joining RIAA, Glazier served as Chief IP and Special Counsel to the Judiciary Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives. He has worked on every major U.S. copyright bill considered in the past three decades from the Digital Performance Right in Sound Recordings Act of 1995 to the Music Modernization Act of 2018.

He graduated from Northwestern University and Vanderbilt Law School. Named to Billboard’s Power 100 list of top music executives several times, Glazier serves as Chairman of the Board and CEO of RIAA.
