Jennifer Leff, LCSW is Managing Director, Human Services at MusiCares – a 501C3 charity that safeguards the well-being of all music people through direct financial grant programs, networks of support resources, and tailored crisis relief efforts. Working directly with clients as well as diverse eco-system of the music industry, Jennifer develops programs that meet the unique needs of music professionals across the nation and brings her clinical experience as a mental health provider in both private community settings. Prior to MusiCares she was the director of a NYC outpatient and honed her clinical acument working with HIV and cancer patients. Committed to promulgating the importance of mental health and wellness in the music community, Jennifer is on Behind the Scene's Mental Health Initiative Steering Commitee and has a private practice treating individuals – the majority of whom are in creative fields such as music and entertainment.
